Organize PDF Pages

This tool lets you rearrange the page order of any PDF or remove unwanted pages. Upload your PDF, then use the move and delete buttons to organize pages as needed. When you're satisfied with the arrangement, save to get a new PDF with your chosen page order.

Features

  • Reorder pages: Move any page up or down in the document.
  • Remove pages: Delete unwanted pages (at least one page must remain).
  • Non-destructive: Your original file is never modified. A new PDF is created with your changes.

How It Works

The tool uses pdf-lib to read your PDF and copy pages in the specified order into a new document. All page content, formatting, and embedded resources are preserved. Processing happens entirely in your browser.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I duplicate pages?
The current interface supports reordering and removing pages. To duplicate pages, you can use the PDF Split tool to extract specific pages and then the PDF Merge tool to combine them.
Does reorganizing affect page quality?
No. Pages are copied without re-encoding. The output quality is identical to the source file.
Can I reverse the page order?
Yes — use the move buttons to rearrange pages in reverse order. For large documents, you may find it easier to use the PDF Split tool to extract page ranges in reverse.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. All processing happens locally in your browser. Your PDF never leaves your device.
